Write the first initial of the author, followed by a period. If there is more than one author, put a comma and an ampersand after the period and follow the previous step for author number 2.
Write the date of publication, in parentheses, followed by a period.
Write the title of the book, in italics, followed by a period.
Write the publisher's city, followed by a comma.
Write the publisher's state initials, followed by a colon.
Write the name of the publisher, followed by a period.
Double check your reference, it should look like: Author O., & Authorette, T. (2010). Book Title. Seattle, WA: Publisher.
Write the full name of the author, followed by a period. If there is more than one author, write only the last name for all other authors except for the last listed. Separate them as you usually do for a list (e.g. A, B, and C). End the author section with a period.
Write the title of the book, in italics, followed by a period.
Write the publisher's city, followed by a colon.
Write the name of the publisher, followed by a comma.
Write the date, followed by a period.
Write "print," followed by a period if the book is a hardcopy.
