Instructions for Hanna 211

Determining the PH level of a substance is an essential skill to learn in order to understand how the substance will interact with others. You can do this with traditional methods, but the Hanna 211 is a device that will help you do it faster and more accurately. The instructions for using the Hanna 211 PH meter involve turning the device on and inserting the probes into the substance you are measuring for a certain amount of time.

Wait until you hear a beep and look at the display to see the results of the test. The large number that you see on the display will be the PH of the substance with a plug or minus sign in front of it to indicate where it falls on the scale. The second, smaller number on the screen will indicate the temperature of the substance.
