Is LLB a graduate program or Post Graduate program?
LLB (Bachelor of Laws) is a graduate program in some countries, and an undergraduate program in others. There's no single global standard. In many common law countries like the UK, Canada, Australia and India, it's typically an undergraduate degree. In some other countries, like the US, a bachelor's degree is usually required *before* you can enter law school for a Juris Doctor (JD), which is then a graduate program.
