The sun dips low, paints the sky in gold,
A gentle breeze whispers stories untold.
The water shimmers, a mirrored glass,
Inviting me in, to a cool, soft pass.
I slip beneath, a weightless flight,
The world above fades into the light.
My body floats, a graceful sway,
As worries dissolve, and burdens give way.
Each stroke a rhythm, a silent rhyme,
A symphony of motion, in perfect time.
I feel the water's embrace so deep,
Washing away the burdens I keep.
In this liquid realm, I find my peace,
A sanctuary where troubles cease.
The world outside, a distant hum,
As I surrender, to the water's sum.
Emerging slowly, reborn anew,
Refreshed and cleansed, with spirit true.
The sun sets low, casting a warm glow,
As I walk away, from the water's flow.
But the memory lingers, a quiet grace,
Of the water's embrace, and its healing space.
For in that depth, I found my soul,
And the rhythm of life, made me whole.
