Subject: The subject of the notice should be included and highlight the main topic of the notice in a concise and clear manner. It should be in bold and placed after the issuing authority.

Body of the Notice: The body of the notice contains the main information and details related to the subject. It should be written in clear, concise, and simple language. The following points can be included in the body of the notice:

- Information about the event, activity, meeting, or any other important announcement.

- Date, time, and venue of the event.

- Instructions, guidelines, or relevant details related to the subject.

- Contact information for further inquiries.

Closing: The notice should end with a brief closing statement, such as "Principal," "Headmistress," "Director," or the appropriate designation, followed by a comma.

Signature and Name: The signature of the issuing authority should be placed below the closing statement, followed by their full name and designation within the organization or institution.

Notice Board: The notice should be displayed prominently on the school notice board or any designated area where students, staff, and visitors can easily access it.
