What colleges in Canada do NOT require SAT?

Many Canadian universities do not require the SAT for admission. In fact, it's much more common for Canadian universities *not* to require SAT scores than to require them. Canadian universities primarily rely on a student's high school grades, often including a specific grade average in certain required courses and sometimes including a standardized test like the Canadian standardized tests (provincial exams vary).

To find out definitively whether a specific Canadian university doesn't require the SAT, you must check the admissions requirements on the university's official website. The admissions requirements vary by program, and even by year, so looking at a general overview or relying on outdated information can be misleading.

Here's why you can't get a simple list:

* University-Specific Policies: Each university sets its own admission policies.

* Program-Specific Policies: Even within a university, different programs (e.g., engineering vs. arts) may have different requirements.

* Changes Over Time: Admission requirements can and do change from year to year.

In short: Don't rely on any list you find online. Always check the official university website. Look for the "Admissions," "Undergraduate Admissions," or "International Students" section of their website.
