When you answer incorrectly on the sat exam lose how many points?

You don't lose points for incorrect answers on the SAT Reading, Writing and Language, and Essay sections. Only the Math section has a penalty for incorrect answers. For each incorrect Math question, you lose 1/4 of a point. There's no penalty for unanswered questions.
