Discounts:

* Volume discounts: 5% discount for 2-4 ads, 10% discount for 5+ ads

* Early payment discount: 2% discount if payment is received within 10 days of invoice date

* Non-profit discount: 10% discount for non-profit organizations

Ad specifications:

* Size: Ads must be submitted in the following dimensions:

* Full-page: 8.5" x 11"

* Half-page: 4.25" x 11"

* Quarter-page: 4.25" x 5.5"

* Eighth-page: 2.125" x 5.5"

* Business card: 3.5" x 2"

* Resolution: Ads must be submitted in a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.

* File format: Ads must be submitted in the following file formats:

* PDF

* EPS

* JPEG

* PNG

Ad submission deadline:

Ads must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to the month of publication.

Payment terms:

Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice.
