The B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination consists of six compulsory papers and two elective papers. The compulsory papers are:

B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination Marking Scheme
The B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination is marked on a 100-point scale. Each paper carries a maximum of 100 marks. The passing marks for each paper is 36%. Students must obtain a minimum of 36% in each paper and an overall aggregate of 40% in order to pass the examination.
B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination Results
The results of the B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination are usually declared within a month after the completion of the examination. Students can view their results online or by visiting the university's examination department.
B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination Supplementary
Students who fail one or more papers in the B.Com Part-1 Honours Examination are eligible to appear for a supplementary examination. The supplementary examination is usually held in the month of August. Students who pass the supplementary examination will be allowed to proceed to the next semester.
