What are 3 levels of mistaken behavior?

1. Errors: These are unintentional deviations from the desired performance. They can be caused by a variety of factors, such as insufficient knowledge or skill, fatigue, or distractions.

2. Slips: These are unintentional actions that are caused by a momentary lapse in attention or memory. For example, you might slip and say the wrong word in a conversation, or you might forget to turn off the stove after you cook dinner.

3. Violations: These are intentional deviations from the desired performance that are committed because the individual believes that the benefits of the action outweigh the risks. For example, you might violate the speed limit because you are in a hurry, or you might lie to your boss about your whereabouts because you don't want to get into trouble.
