If you have not completed high school, you would circle the highest grade you have completed. For example, if you are in 11th grade, you would circle 11. If you have completed high school, you would circle 12. If you have completed some college, you would circle the highest level of college you have completed. For example, if you have completed two years of college, you would circle 14.
Some employers may also use a different scale, such as 1-20, to represent the highest level of education completed. If you are unsure of what scale the employer is using, you can contact them to ask.
