How do you break middle school couples?
Middle school relationships are often short-lived and based on exploration and social dynamics. There's no need to try and "break" them up. Instead of focusing on separating a couple, consider focusing on the well-being of the individuals involved. If you're concerned about a specific relationship, perhaps because of unhealthy dynamics or negative impact on someone's well-being, it might be more helpful to talk to a trusted adult – a parent, teacher, counselor – who can offer guidance and support. They can help address any underlying concerns in a healthy and constructive way.
