Nintendo DS Spelling Games for Seven Year Olds

The Nintendo DS is a handheld video game system made by Nintendo. Users can interact with the system through the use of both a built-in navigation pad with buttons and a stylus. Although many Nintendo DS games are purely for entertainment, there are games made specifically for educational purposes. These games cater to people of all ages, from kindergartners to adults, and cover a wide range of topics from math to spelling.

The game was inspired by vocabulary acquisition research by an applied linguistics professor.
