Are you in favor of requiring teachers to prepare daily lesson plan?

There's no simple yes or no answer to whether teachers should be required to prepare daily lesson plans. The effectiveness depends heavily on various factors, including:

* Teacher experience: Experienced teachers may have a deep understanding of their subject and students, allowing them to effectively adapt their teaching on the fly. Requiring daily plans for them might be unnecessarily bureaucratic.

While daily lesson plans can provide structure, ensure consistency, and facilitate better record-keeping, they can also become overly rigid and stifle creativity and adaptability. A more balanced approach might involve requiring some form of lesson planning, whether daily, weekly, or unit-based, while emphasizing flexibility and allowing teachers autonomy in how they best meet the needs of their students.
