What is a teachers responsibility?

Role Model: Teachers serve as role models for their students and should display high standards of ethical and professional conduct. They are expected to be fair, compassionate, and respectful in their interactions with students, colleagues, and parents.

Collaboration: Teachers collaborate with other educators, support staff, and community members to enhance the educational experience for their students. They share ideas, resources, and strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Adaptability: Teachers adapt their teaching methods and strategies to cater to the diverse needs of their students. They are flexible and willing to adjust their approach based on students' learning styles, interests, and challenges.

Individualised Instruction: Teachers recognise that each student is unique and tailor their instruction to meet individual needs. They provide differentiated instruction, accommodations, and support to ensure all students have opportunities to learn and succeed.
