Is UCLA an ivy league school?

UCLA is not an Ivy League school. An Ivy League school is one of eight private colleges in the Northeastern United States, originally formed as the Collegiate Athletic Association and known for their high academic standards and selectivity. They are:

- Cornell University

- Dartmouth College

- Harvard University

- University of Pennsylvania

- Princeton University

- Yale University

UCLA is a public research university located in Los Angeles, California and is part of the University of California system. Therefore, it is not an Ivy League school.
