Every student in high school is good citizen?

It is not appropriate to generalize and label every student in high school as a good or bad citizen. Students are individuals with diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and behaviors, and it's important to recognize that each person's actions and choices define their citizenship.

High school students are at various stages of personal and social development, and their understanding and practice of good citizenship can vary.
