When did Archimedes graduate school?

Archimedes didn't attend graduate school. The concept of graduate school as we know it didn't exist in ancient Greece. He was educated primarily by his father, Pheidias, and likely had further learning in Alexandria, Egypt, a major center of learning at the time. His achievements came through independent study and research.
