Where can you receive your ASVAB score military recruit or old high school not part of the and I finished school?

If you took the ASVAB as a high school student, your score would be held by your high school. If you took it as a military recruit, your score is held by the military branch you joined. There's no central repository for ASVAB scores outside of those two places. You'll need to contact the relevant institution (your high school or the military branch) to request your score.
