Read Actively

When reading the text:

After completing your reading:

- What are the central ideas that connect all these components?

Think Critically

- What kind of perspective does the author have?

- What does this suggest about the broader themes?

Discuss with Others

- Collaborate with classmates, friends, or peers to share your ideas.

- Listening to others' viewpoint on the text might bring new insights.

Keep an Open Mind

- Be willing to change your mind as your understanding progresses.

- Allow the text to speak to you, and listen to what it has to say.
