What is the answer to riddle in A by Jonathan Swift?

In Swift’s riddle, the “beasts” are letters of the alphabet. The first two lines say there are 26 different beasts, and the last two lines say that some of them “jump” while some stay “still.” This refers to the fact that English has both uppercase and lowercase letters.
