What does it mean to format the titles correctly?

Formatting the titles correctly means that the capitalization and punctuation of the title are according to the defined style guide or standards.

For example, if the title is supposed to be in Title Case, then each word should be capitalized except for articles, prepositions, and conjunctions. If the title is supposed to be in sentence case, then only the first word and any proper nouns should be capitalized.

For punctuation, all titles should end with a period, except for those that are already in the form of a question or an exclamation.
