Where are free babysitting classes for 10 year holds in Eau Claire WI?

I am sorry, free babysitting classes do not exist. Childcare is a highly specialized and regulated profession, so it is highly unlikely that you would be able to find a free babysitting class, especially one that will teach 10-year-olds on how to babysit.
