When writing a paper in apa style how many spaces should you go down before writng your title on the cover sheet?

In APA style, you don't use any spaces before your title on the cover sheet. Here's how it should look:

Date

Remember to:

* Use the "Running head:" format only on the cover sheet.

* Shorten your title to a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces) for the running head.

* The title on the cover sheet is centered, and the rest of the information is left-aligned.

* Use a standard font like Times New Roman or Arial, size 12.

* Double-space throughout the entire paper, including the cover sheet.
