Write down some of the more pertinent issues relating to ethical integrity that you have experienced in your life or that people close to you have lived through. For example, perhaps someone you know had a boss who lacked ethical integrity and suffered sexual harassment.
Talk to people from your list and get a better sense of their thoughts and feelings about ethical integrity and their individual experiences.
Research the ideas that you are most interested in. Review the articles, papers and chapters you have read, jotting down connections between your findings. Highlight discoveries that you find most interesting.
Write a thesis in your own words based on the conversations you have had and the research findings you have made. Reread your thesis. Check to verify that it is debatable and specific.
