What is early learning coalition?

The Early Learning Coalition (ELC) is a statewide non-profit organization that serves as the hub for early learning in Florida. The ELC works with multiple community partners to ensure that all children in Florida have access to high-quality early learning opportunities. The ELC provides a variety of services to families and child care providers, including:

- Free prekindergarten for eligible 4-year-olds

- Child care subsidy vouchers for low-income families

- Training and technical assistance for child care providers

- Research and advocacy for early learning
