Speaking may be one of the most nerve-wracking and things when learning a new language. When you study or do your exercises, read the sentences out loud. If you only pronounce the words in your head, speaking it may sound awkward or foreign. English also has words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently. Reading your work out loud will help you decide how and when to pronounce words a certain way.
It is imperative to study every day. Just like speaking or reading in your own language every day, you must get in the habit of speaking and reading English. Take 30 minutes a day to study instead of trying to cram all the information into one day. Cramming will not be beneficial because you will not remember the important things you've learned. To stave off boredom, do not study the same activities every day.
Try studying with a friend who is also learning English or a friend who is a native English speaker. When you are comfortable with someone, it may be easier to communicate in a different language. Your friend can also help you with areas you're having trouble with. Studying with a native English speaker can be challenging since everything will need to be in English. This can improve your speaking skills quickly.
Don't just use one way to study English. If you are constantly using index cards or flashcards, try a different method such as using the words you've learned to describe a picture. You can also watch a film in English to grasp what the words sound like when spoken out loud. Watch subtitles on the bottom and if there is a word you don't know, look it up and see the context in how it's used and try to incorporate it into your English vocabulary.
