How to Translate English Into Korean

Korean is the official language of South and North Korea. More than 72 million people worldwide speak the Korean language. For people whose native tongue is English, Korean can seem intimidating. Nowadays, there are several tools and resources to make translations easier, closing the gap on communication difficulties. Google is one of the companies leading the way with translation technologies. One example is Google's Language Tools. This online translation feature has three different ways to translate your English into Korean.

      Use Google's translated search. Make sure that "My Language" is set to English. Type your text in English and click "Translate and Search." The page will redirect with translated versions of your original text. If you do not see the Korean translation click, "Add Language" and select Korean. This feature is helpful if you want to translate Korean and search for the exact phrases online in Korean.

      Enter your words in the "Translate Text" box. Select English to Korean and click "Translate." The word count can be as short or as long as you wish it to be. On the next page you will see your translated text in the Korean language. From here, you can also click to hear the text in Korean and you can select to read the text phonetically to help you pronounce the Korean text.

      To translate an entire web page, enter the website's address in the URL field provided and choose English to Korean. Click "Translate." Google will redirect and translate the entire page into the Korean language.
