Professionals in the fields of international business and local development are invited to apply for the ITC's Summer Academy on Sustainable Enterprise Development. An emphasis is placed on skill development in the key aspects of entrepreneurship, including research practices, sustainability and cultural exchange. Experts from academia and private consulting firms provide instruction. The course takes place over two weeks each summer in Turin and the cost (including room and board) is 4,000 euros (as of 2010), with some partial fellowships available.

The ITC provides vocational training for professionals who work in the areas of labor policy, management and development. It offers courses in such subjects as international labor standards for lawyers and judges, corporate social responsibility and occupational safety in the construction sector. Courses vary in length from five days to six weeks, and the cost (including tuition and room and board) is typically between 2,000 and 2,500 euros.

The ITC offers several postgraduate degree programs specializing in such areas as occupational health, intellectual property and international trade law. Courses are taught by university professors and policy experts, and draw on resources from academic institutions such as the University of Turin. The purpose of the programs is to educate and train leaders for a labor environment shaped by globalization and the need for cross-national collaboration.
