West Tennessee covers the counties west of the Tennessee River with the Mississippi River forming the state boundary to the west. This includes cities such as Savannah, Jackson, Dyersburg and of course, Memphis. Approximately 80,000 people in Memphis alone who have a hearing problem. Around 7,000 of them use sign language. There are a number of options for learning sign language in west Tennessee.
