Who are exploited college girls?

College-educated women are often taken advantage of in the workplace, despite their skills and qualifications. This can take several forms, including:

- *Job segregation:* Women are more likely to be placed in lower-paying, less prestigious jobs than men, even if they have the same qualifications and experience.

- *Pay gap:* Women earn 78 cents for every dollar earned by men, on average. This gap exists even when comparing men and women with the same education and experience.

- *Career advancement:* Women are less likely to be promoted to leadership positions than men, even if they are equally qualified.

- *Sexual harassment:** Women are often subject to sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace, which can create a hostile work environment.

These factors contribute to the exploitation of college-educated women in the workforce. By understanding the challenges faced by women in higher education, we can take steps to ensure that they have equal access to opportunities and success.
