Who are the kappa sisters?

There's no single, universally recognized group called "the Kappa sisters." The term "Kappa" usually refers to Kappa Kappa Gamma, a women's fraternity (sorority) in North America. Therefore, "Kappa sisters" would refer to members of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
