Get plenty of rest. If you're only going to take 10 minutes to get ready, you need to maximize your potential within that 10 minutes. This means being awake and fully alert.
Take your shower and do your grooming at night. Bathe and take care of all grooming the night before you have class or work. If you have to wax or tweeze your eyebrows, shave your legs or underarms or paint your nails and toes, do it at night. This will prevent you from having to wake up and do body maintenance chores that can prevent you from being on time.
Choose your outfit and accessories the night before. Create your entire outfit from head to toe the night before you have to wear it. Of course your feelings may change in the morning but at least you'll have an idea of what you would like to wear.
Organize your wardrobe. Keeping your wardrobe well organized and in spaces where you can find your clothing items is great for looking good in 10 minutes.
Pack your backpack or briefcase the night before. Don't leave your papers and homework sprawled on your desk, get everything together and organized for the next day. This also keeps you from forgetting things in the rush.
Style your hair the night before. You may need to curl your hair, straighten it, or even trim the ends. Probably the most time consuming part of getting ready and looking good is fixing your hair. By doing all of the curling and straightening the night before you save valuable primping time. If you can't complete the entire style the night before, do as much as you can and wrap it up with a head scarf or stocking cap. Then by morning, you have minimal work to do in the morning.
Apply make-up. When morning comes, the only thing that you should need time for is your make-up and final touches.
