College dormitories aren't known for fabulous decor. Most dorm rooms feature cement or brick walls and neutral paint, which doesn't help create a homey feeling. The empty walls in your room might seem austere at first, but they are the perfect canvas for you to express your personality. Show your school spirit by hanging a college flag and adding some color to the blank walls in your dorm room.

Wipe the wall area with a damp sponge to remove any dust.

Cut four pieces of double-sided mounting tape, each approximately 2 inches long.

Flip the flag over so the backside is showing. Place one piece of tape in each corner of the flag.

Place the flag against the wall and press the tape so it adheres to the wall. Adjust the flag so that it is level.
