Practice this challenge in private with at least 1 sleeve of Saltine crackers before attempting it in front of a crowd. Practice makes perfect.
Consume a minimum of 8 to 12 ounces of water before you begin, so you can ensure you're not thirsty once you start eating the crackers.
Arrange your Saltine crackers in front of you in the manner you think will allow you to eat them the fastest. You might consider stacking them on top of each other or laying them side by side.
Generate and then swallow as much saliva as you can before beginning to eat the six Saltine crackers. This will lubricate your mouth and help the crackers break apart more quickly.
Place three crackers in your mouth at one time and eat them as quickly as possible.
Eat the last three crackers as soon as you finish the first three.
