There's no limit to the number of students from the same household who can receive federal financial aid. Each eligible student completes their own FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and their eligibility is determined individually based on their own financial information and the information provided by their parents (if they are considered a dependent student).

However, the household income and assets *will* be considered for each student's application if they are claimed as a dependent on their parents' tax return. This means that if the parents' income is relatively low, each student's aid might be higher than if the parents had a high income.
