Spend more time outdoors around the college. Most colleges have lawns, quads and common areas for students to hang out, relax and study in. Plan to study or read during busy times in the common areas. Glance and smile in a flirty manner at men who are in the area to invite men you're interested in to come over and talk.
Sign up to tutor other students in a subject you excel in. This will give you an opportunity to have one-on-one time with different people, and you can feel out the interest from men who seek you out as a tutor. If you know men in your classes who show signs of struggling, offer to help them with studying or prepping for exams.
In your free time -- or if you can study in busy, noisy areas -- spend more of your time in the laundry rooms of dormitories. The laundry room is always busy, and you can meet a wide range of men, from the smart and clever to the deep and brooding.
Become more involved with collage activities such as clubs and sports teams. This allows you to find men who have similar interests with you. Be outgoing and try to connect with the men around you using your common interests. Clubs and groups make a safe and comfortable place to meet new people and possibly meet your dream guy.
