Navigate to the Property Management Certificate and Certification Information website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be a list of several schools that offer this program. Some of these programs may be bachelor's degree programs. Click on the name of the school that interests you.
Read the next page and then click on "request more information," which is about half-way down the page. Complete the form and submit it. Be sure to enter your phone number so that a representative can get in touch with you.
Navigate to the National Association of Residential Property Managers website. Click on the course schedule link to see what courses are currently being offered offline and where they are. Click the online courses link to register for one of the courses being offered on the Internet. You can use the demonstration to experience what the online course is like.
Visit the Institute of Real Estate Management's website. This site has many classes in all facets of property management, including several certifications, web-based courses, self-paced courses and others. There is also information about scholarships at this site.
Contact a real-estate broker or a property-management company in your area. Some companies offer classes or other property management training. If the company does not offer classes, they may be able to refer you to an office that does.
