Complete the entry form that's available from your local British Council branch or from the British Council's website. Make sure that you complete the entry form by the specified date for the test.
Pay the exam fee that's specified by your entry form and make sure you intend to take the O Level at the given time, since the exam fees are not transferable from one exam session period to another.
Buy a copy of the exam study guide and syllabus from Britain's Examinations Services. If you don't want to spend the money or can't afford to purchase the syllabus, contact the British Council office near you to find out if they have copies of the syllabus in their library.
