MBA Finance Features

A master's degree in finance teaches managers how to deal with resources and their allocation within an organization. With an MBA in finance, finance managers will be taxed with managing funds for their corporation's or organization's activities.     • In this course, the money market (which is a component of the financial markets with short-term borrowing & lending) and the monetary institutions (which include banks and other dealers of money or credit in the market to either lend or borrow) are studied. Here the goal is to learn about the structure and the functions of U.S. & international financial markets and institutions; this includes global financial systems, interest rates securities, money market instruments, central banks and commercial banks, covering the roles and goals of these instruments and institutions. Managers will learn practical applications of theories as well as gain a thorough understanding of financial institutions.

    • Financial policies are policies with regards to the regulation, supervision and management of financial and payment systems, implemented to ensure efficiency, financial stability and consumer protection. An advanced financial policy covers the areas of capital management, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, liquidity and funding of new projects or ventures.
