What are the High School college preparation courses required for admission University of Cincinnati?

The University of Cincinnati requires applicants to complete the following college preparation courses for admission:

English: 4 years

Mathematics: 3 years (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry)

Science: 3 years (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

Social Studies: 3 years (World History, US History, Government)

Foreign Language: 2 years (same language)

Elective Courses: 10 credits (any courses of the applicant's choosing)

GPA: 3.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)

In addition to meeting the above course requirements, applicants must also submit an ACT or SAT score to the university. The minimum score for admission to the University of Cincinnati is 24 on the ACT or 1170 on the SAT.

Applicants who do not meet the above course requirements may be eligible for admission to the university through the Alternative Admission Program. This program allows students who have extenuating circumstances to be admitted to the university without meeting all of the course requirements.
