PhD Programs in Asian-American Studies

Asian-American studies is an interdisciplinary field that typically encompasses subjects in both the humanities and social sciences. There are very few Ph.D. programs in the United States in Asian-American studies, and most of those that do exist are in California, a state with a large Asian-American population.
