How to Write a Conclusion Paragraph on Foreign Market Analysis

Foreign market analysis involves looking at another country's markets (be it as a whole or in a specific field, such as finance) and determining their current strength, as well as attempting to predict future trends. An analytical essay on foreign markets should end with a strong conclusion that summarizes the main argument of the essay, as well as making predictions for future trends in the examined market(s).

Re-state your thesis statement, ideally in the first sentence of the conclusion. Your thesis statement is what your essay is the crux of what your essay is about, and it was introduced in the first paragraph. Now, after having written body paragraphs that support your thesis, you should re-state the thesis so your audience is reminded of the significance of these foreign markets.

Make predictions for either the short-term or the long-term. Depending on what type of foreign markets are being analyzed, it may be appropriate to give suggestions for how an individual should invest their money, assuming current trends continue. The conclusion is a strong place to put this prediction because it is arguably the most important part of the piece, and thus should be placed in a prominent location.

Keep it short. No new objective information should be included in the conclusion; instead, focus on summary and predictions, ideally between three and five sentences.
