Is a HND undergraduate degree post graduate or degree?

A Higher National Diploma (HND) is an undergraduate qualification. It's not a postgraduate degree. While it's a higher-level qualification than some diplomas, it sits below the level of a Bachelor's degree (BSc, BA etc.) in the UK framework.
