Who owns Heald Colleges?

Heald College no longer exists as an independent entity. Its assets were acquired by Education Corporation of America (ECA) before ECA itself went bankrupt in 2018. After ECA's bankruptcy, the Heald College campuses were closed, and the various assets were dispersed. Therefore, there is no single current owner of Heald Colleges.
