If you are not satisfied with the college's response to your grievance, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE). OSHE is the state agency that oversees higher education in New Jersey. You can file a complaint with OSHE online or by mail.
OSHE will investigate your complaint and will take action if it finds that the college has violated any laws or regulations. OSHE can also order the college to take corrective action.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can file a lawsuit against the college. You can file a lawsuit in state or federal court.
