DePaul University offers a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in international law with a concentration in international aviation law and policy. This program consists of required core training in international business transactions, trade law and public international law. Additional concentration coursework includes private international aviation law, aviation law and policy issues, public international aviation law, commercial dispute resolution, environmental law, U.S. customs and international trade and European Union law. Students also have the opportunity to complete a professional external internship course.

The School of Law at the University of Mississippi is home to the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air and Space Law that addresses issues of both aviation and astronautic law. It provides a certificate program in remote sensing, air and space law that may be taken in conjunction with a law degree.
