How do you get BTh degree in One year?

You cannot get a Bachelor of Theology (BTh) degree in one year. A BTh is a full undergraduate degree, typically requiring three to four years of full-time study. Any program claiming to offer a BTh in one year is almost certainly not accredited and will not be recognized by legitimate universities or employers. These accelerated programs often lack the depth and breadth of a traditional BTh program.
