Review admission criteria by visiting the website of the school to which you wish to apply. Make sure you possess the minimum grade-point average and standardized test scores required by the university. Some schools require a minimum number of high school credits in specific subjects.
Complete the online application. You may be expected to write essays and submit a resume as part of the application process. You may have to pay a fee to submit your application.
Submit transcripts from your high school and any previous colleges you have attended. These will need to be official transcripts that include the school's official seal or authorized signature.
Request that the results of your ACT and/or SAT testing be sent to the school by the testing company. Some schools may want the results of all of your ACT and SAT tests, not just the ones with the highest scores.
Submit any residency affidavit that is required if you are seeking in-state tuition rates.
