Atlanta is a major broadcasting center that is home to large media conglomerates and cable TV networks. These include CNN and other Turner Broadcasting properties, including TNT, truTV, Turner Classic Movies and The Weather Channel. Cox Enterprises, a privately held company, also has substantial media outlets in Atlanta, including Cox Radio and affiliated stations around the country.
